About the event
There is so much going on in the world, the importance of looking after your energy, being connected to your Self and to source so that you can improve and increase your ability to ground and stay connected. Its about using sound regularly as a way to increase your capacity to not feel overwhelmed.
This is a group meditation sound tuning. I will be using tuning forks to tune the group, focusing on the lower 3 Chakras, Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus.
Please arrive before 4pm to have a lovely hot herbal tea and settle into the studio.
